As early as you can, especially around school holidays and Christmas, when spaces go quickly. That said, get in touch even for a last-minute booking — I'll always try to help if I have space.
A key is handed over at the free meet & greet. It's kept securely, labelled with a code rather than your address, and either returned at the end of the booking or held safely for next time, whichever you'd prefer.
That's no problem. I'm comfortable giving tablets, liquid medicine or injections, following your instructions and your vet's guidance. There's a small additional charge for medicated visits — see the prices page.

You'll be contacted straight away. If your cat needs a vet, I'll take them to your usual practice where possible, or the nearest emergency vet, and keep you updated throughout. It's worth leaving your vet's details and a contact number for someone nearby at the meet & greet.
Either is fine. Some clients book one drop-in visit for a day out, others book daily visits for a two-week holiday. Whatever suits.
Cats are the focus, but get in touch if you've other small pets needing a visit alongside them — happy to have a chat about it.
